By using this website you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. Content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contract until a written quote is accepted.
Quotes, Reservations & Payments
All rentals require confirmation of availability, delivery address, and event date. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and approved corporate invoicing.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by event date and equipment reserved. Contact our team as early as possible to discuss rescheduling or cancellation terms.
Weather Policy
In case of severe weather that makes safe operation impossible, we offer flexible rescheduling options. Light rain may not cancel inflatable operations when conditions remain safe.
Equipment Responsibility
The client is responsible for supervising guests, keeping the rental area clear of hazards, and notifying our team immediately of any incident during the event.
Limitation of Liability
American Party Events is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the rental amount paid for the affected service, except where prohibited by law.
